The Department of Translation Organized a Scientific Visit to London Translation Services-Erbil

On October 22, 2023, a group of third-year students from the Translation Department at Cihan University-Erbil, led by Assistant Lecturer Dr. Rukhsar Nadhm Kareem, visited London Translation Services in Erbil.

The CEO and senior translator of the agency, Mr. Rfaai Mohammad, warmly welcomed the students and provided them with a brief introduction to the agency. The primary objective of this excursion was to familiarize the students with contemporary practices in the field of translation, offering them hands-on experience, exposing them to translation challenges, helping them bridge the gap between their academic studies, and the professional translation market.
