DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ORGANIZED A FIELD VISIT TO THE ERBIL HILLS

On 29 November 2022, the Department of Business Administration organized a field visit to the Erbil Hills residential and tourism project for a group of fourth-stage students under the supervision of the Assistant Lecturer Ms. Bushra Ali. The main objective of the field visit was to inspect the project in general.

The students were accompanied during their tour by Ms. Rahel Goran, the projects sales specialist. Ms. Rahel gave the students a brief explanation of the used mechanisms and got to the point where the apartments and villas are delivered to the customer with the highest quality and standards. Moreover, she highlights the services provided by this, gigantic residential, and tourist project.

In addition to reviewing the plans and designs of the project which guarantees meeting the requirements of different customers from providing all life requirements for the residents of the complex and explaining the features and the components of the project which make it gain a sustainable competitive advantage when comparing it with similar projects.

The field visit concluded with conducting a field tour throughout the project and viewing the vast gardens in addition to watery spaces and lakes and explaining a detailed explanation of the marketing and sales mechanisms that are used in such projects to reach the highest sales rates.
