Hosted by Cihan University, the meeting of the Administrative Council of the Kurdistan Investors Union was held
Hosted by Dr. Nawzad Yahya Bajker, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cihan Universities, the fourth meeting of the Administrative Council of the Kurdistan Investors Union for the year 2022 was held at Cihan University for the purpose of discussing several important issues related to investment.In the meeting, that was held on Monday, 6/6/2022, which was attended by the President of the Kurdistan Investors Union, the Vice President and members of the Administrative Council of the Kurdistan Investors Union, and in the beginning, Dr. Nawzad Yahya Bajker (member of the Administrative Council of the Kurdistan Investors Union) welcomed the investors at Cihan University and wished that the meeting is fruitful for investment in Kurdistan. Then the meeting’s agenda began, and the meeting discussed first (travel and tourism law draft), and for this purpose several proposals were proposed by the participants to enrich the project.In another aspect of the meeting, members of the Administrative Council of the Kurdistan Investors Union discussed the project of building 20 thousand housing units for low-income people and tenants, which is scheduled to be implemented by the Kurdistan Regional Government.
In the last part of the meeting, the investors’ work was discussed, the distinguished aspects of the investors’ businesses were shown, shortcomings were identified, and the importance of the Kurdistan Investors Union’s participation in all committees related to investment work at the level of ministries, general directorates and governorates.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Nawzad Yahya Bagkar presented his books and writings to the president, vice president, members of the administrative board of the Kurdistan Investors Union and the attendees, which include several useful books, the last of which was the book that was announced in the past few days entitled (Dr. Nawzad Yahya Bagkar: Bury me at Cihan University), in which he talks about his work, activities, biography and philosophies.
