Lower Back Pain and Therapeutic Exercises, seminar by Asst.Prof Hawder Dlshad

Mr.Hawder Dlshad Abdulqader, from Department of Sport – Cihan University has presented a seminar titled “Lower Back Pain and Therapeutic Exercises” This seminar has been attended by the staff of department of sport.

Abstract of the Seminar:

Back pain is the most common health problem among people and is considered a human experience where everyone is living experience and a variety of reasons that lead to muscle stress and severe contractions leading to severe pain in the lower back.

At the end, questions and answers section was conducted between Mr.Hawder and the academic staffs.
